Financial Reports

As an Academy, we are bound in law to publish certain key financial information regarding the running of our academy.

These are:

 

  • our annual report
  • our annual audited accounts
  • our memorandum of association
  • our articles of association
  • the names of charity trustees and members
  • our funding agreement

 

At our school, we refer to our Members and Trustees as 'Governors'. You will find their names and role delegations on our Governor page.

Our accounts are presented annually at our AGM for members and trustees every November.

The next AGM is on  24th November 2023. After this meeting our accounts for 2022-23 will be available on this page of the website.
