• Year 3&4 cross country competition update!

  After all the teams performances were checked we found out that Long Bennington were amazing!  The boys team came second in their competition, out of 21 schools which is absolutely fantastic.  They were pipped by the girls though, who came first in their competition!  And for the icing on the cake, the mixed team also came first out of 21 schools!!  What a brilliant performance by all of them, we are so proud of their efforts and look forward to seeing the trophies proudly displayed in the cabinet soon

  in lovely conditions Ms Flint and I took 10 boys and 10 girls to the Meres for a cross country race. 

  The boys ran first with the following results (around 120 boys competing):
