Paralympian sprinter Sam Ruddock joined us this morning to talk about his aspirations for the London Olympics and how he trained and motivated himself. He has cerebral palsy and has changed his sporting discipline from sprinting to the shot putt for the Rio Olympics. He was absolutely fantastic and very inspirational. Every child has received a values and goals post card from Sam to remind them that to succeed they need to have a target, make a plan and commit to the plan. It was a wonderful way to start the day.
