Meal Ordering Information

Our school meals are provided by Ideal HSM Ltd. Meals cost £2.20 for both online and paper orders, meals for KS1 children are free. Cheques should be made payable to Ideal HSM Ltd.

 

Deadlines For Ordering

Term 1 collection schedule will be as follows:

 

Paper orders  - will be collected once per fortnight for the following two weeks orders. You can still order in one go for a whole term if you wish, otherwise these deadlines will apply.

Monday 18th July     -                Weeks 1 & 2

Monday 11th September    -  Weeks 3 & 4

Monday 25th September   -   Weeks 5 & 6 

Monday 9th October      -         Week   7

 

Please Note  maintenance of the online meal ordering website will be taking place over the holidays. You will be able to start placing orders from 21st August 2017

 

Online Orders -For ordering for week 1 the deadline will be  Monday  28th August, otherwise the deadline will be Monday, Midnight for online orders for meals in the following week. You can still order online for the whole term if you wish.

Cancellations of meals need to be made by 9.30am for meals that day for illness  - School trip meal cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance in order to receive a credit.
