Class Governor

Dear Class 6

It was lovely to visit this afternoon and see you all, working so hard on finishing your pop-up books.  Your stories were very interesting and covered a wide range of topics and ideas,  with some very original work.

I hope the showcase went well tonight, and that you all have a lovely Easter.

God bless

Dear class 6

It was lovely to pop into school today and see all your fantastic World Book Day outfits.  Well done for all the effort you put into to planning and soting them all out.

Thank you also for your questions I look forward to answering them when you put them up on the website.  Here are some of the answers to your questions:

  • My favourite colour is blue.
  • My favourite ice cream flavour is berry receipe I  make at home, but I also really like caramel ice cream.
  • I enjoy doing sport, often going to th gym on my day off, (which is usually a Tuesday).
  • Approximately  13 years ago God asked me to be a vicar, and I was ordained about 8 years ago.
  • I am married to John and we have three children, Georgina, Rachel and Geoffrey all of whom go to school in Grantham.

I look forward to coming back into class later this month and discovering how much you have learnt about space travel.

God bless

Rev'd Harriet

Mary and Joseph visit the vicarage. 1

Class 7

As Mary and Joseph travelled around the village in a reenactment of their journey to Bethlehem they came to the vicarage.  Here they found a warm welcome and tasted some excellent fudge.  Taking part in Los Posadas can help us to focus on getting ready for Christmas, I wonder what still needs to happen in your house?  One of the lovely things about breaking up so early before Christmas is that you can take part in so many of  the wonderful preparations.  What special family traditions do you have?

Whatever your special family traditions I hope you all have a wonderful Christmas, with lots of fun and laughter.

God bless you all
